Hello everyone,

Welcome back to Birthday Month Connection! Throughout the year, we are sharing a monthly list about men and women of God born in the same month.Like today,those born in May are taking up the show. At the very beginning of a new month, we’ll publish a new post here.

Once you have finished reading the post, comment any man or woman of God you know born in that same month.

In these chaotic days, we have not only the right but the duty to test every movement by the standard of the Holy Scriptures. In particular, we must direct a Biblical test-lamp onto the paths of outstanding personalities who come up like comets on the spiritual horizon.

As you read, you have to recognize a spirit to spirit connection in these men and women and be grounded in love and ministry. Know and launch deeper about these men of God, we truly believe mantles and annoitings that flow or flowed through them in their times will rest on us according to our humility we have submitted ourselves to receive from them.

In Birthday Month Connection list today, we have four ministers of the Gospel,one is still alive and three of them are ancient bones to chew.It goes as follows.

  1. Joseph Prince

Pastor Joseph Prince was born May 15, 1963.He is the senior pastor of New Creation Church based in Singapore.

With more than two decades of full-time ministry behind him, Joseph Prince is today a leading voice in proclaiming the gospel of grace around the world through his books, teaching resources, and television ministry.

The author of best sellers such as The Power of Right BelievingDestined To Reign, and Unmerited Favor, Joseph is also a highly sought-after conference speaker. He has impacted church leaders worldwide by preaching the unadulterated gospel of Jesus with boldness. He is known for teaching God’s Word in a fresh, practical, and revelatory way that always unveils Jesus. His humorous, dynamic and engaging style of preaching has also endeared him to a wide spectrum of viewers who tune in to his daily television program.

Joseph believes the best in people and is committed to helping them discover how they can reign in life through the abundance of grace and gift of righteousness. His desire is to help this generation of believers understand the new covenant of grace and realize how greatly blessed, highly favored, and deeply loved they are by their heavenly Father.

2.Andrew Murray

Andrew Murray was born May 9, 1828 and went to live with the Lord on January 18, 1917.

When you are looking for clear teaching on how to draw near to God, often seek the writings of Andrew Murray. Two books top the list: “Abide in Christ”, and “With Christ in the School of Prayer”.  Murray writes with the heart of a gentle, patient teacher.He knows our frustrations with the spiritual life, because he has also struggled.

Andrew Murray’s clear and gentle teaching leads us to a simple, trusting, obedient relationship with God the Father. The fruit of that walk is love, peace, answered prayer, faith.  All of the promises of God are wrapped up in abiding with Christ. 

God has blessed us with the clear teaching and passionate love for Christ in the man named Andrew Murray.

But gently, slowly he points the way down the path. His teaching is scriptural, working directly from the words of Christ and the apostles. Because of his own experience in walking with God, he can stretch and expand our understanding of the words we have perhaps read many times. Andrew Murray encourages in our desire for a lifestyle of Abiding In Christ.

Andrew Murray pastored several churches in South Africa. He preached in the South African Revival of 1860.

3.William Joseph Seymour

William Joseph Seymour was born May 2, 1870 and went to live with the Lord on September 28, 1922.He found his identity in Christ Jesus at an early age, believing that the Lord was the Liberator of mankind.He determined to be sensitive,spirit led and hungry for the truth of God’s word in his life.

Seymour relentlessly declared that there is no difference between men and women, rich and poor, black and white and that the church should be the model of equality and integration for all people. And although some of his peers agreed that all people should be welcome to worship together, Seymour was even more progressive in preaching that all people are qualified, equipped, and called by God to serve Him in any capacity.

He was an avid follower of John Wesley who believed in strong prayer, holiness,divine healing, and that there should be no discrimination in Jesus Christ.

4.Kathryn Kuhlman

Kathryn Kuhlman was born May 9, 1907 and went to live with the Lord on February 20, 1976.

Persecution was one of her defining marks in the early church. She wore it as a badge of honour,the hero’s medallion against the fallen world.During her era, she became “one of the best-known woman revivalists in America.”

Kuhlman believed the greatest miracles transpired in worship as led by the Holy Spirit.She became the most influential figure of the charismatic renewal, transforming a whole generation’s understanding of healing and crusade evangelism. She was a healer who drew large crowds to her meetings. Millions came to her for help. Her meetings were attended by up to ten thousand at a time.

Kathryn Kuhlman always pointed men and women to Jesus, emphasizing that the greatest miracle was the transformation of a life.
